Ladies
Night Out
Let's usher
in a new year of Ladies Night Out events in January. Continuing our
theme of mixing things up this year, we are holding the next Ladies
Night Out at Mill Wharf, Scituate Harbor, on Friday, January 22 at 8pm,
rather than the traditional Thursday night monthly gathering. We will
meet in the pub upstairs to catch up on our holidays and new years
resolutions. The pub will have live music and if we're hungry, we can
order some appetizers from the menu. We will reserve some space for the
group beforehand. Hope to see you all there. Evite to follow.
RSVP to: ladiesnightout@scnewcomers.com

Men's Night Out - Gents, we
are continuing our successful biweekly Sports night at TK's. Our usual

week in March, we will be meeting up on Wednesday, March 3rd at 8pm,
instead of Thursday March 4th, as Thursday clashes with other events.
Also, we are trying to gather numbers for a Men's Day Out: Waterville
Valley is running a $1 lift ticket day on April 1, please contact me if you're interested

Sunshine
Committee -
The Sunshine Committee consists of members helping members after a
birth, during a family
crisis, or any other time a little sunshine is needed! With a number of
upcoming births this Autumn and Winter, we especially require
volunteers to deliver meals (any meal of the day) to
member families. The meal doesn't have to be gourmet or even home
cooked, just something
to help out. If you are interested in preparing a meal, please contact
Jody DeCourcey at
sunshine@scnewcomers.com. Also, please let Jody know of any member that may be in need of
some sunshine!

Walking Group
We are currently on hiatus until spring.
